Colombo City Hotels Association Hopes for a Quick Resolution to Ongoing Municipality Tax Dispute
M. Shanthikumar, President, Colombo City Hotels Association (CCHA) calls for the a speedy resolution to the long standing dispute over 1% tax levied by the Colombo Municipal Council. Given the current plight of the tourism industry stakeholders it is unfortunate that local authorities continue to remain unsympathetic, asserts Mr. Shanthikumar.
