Crisis Response Plan

What does the tourism industry consider to be a crisis? How will it respond? The potential snowball and devastating effects of a crisis cannot be easily quantified, and its results and duration are unpredictable.

The Sri Lanka Tourism Alliance Crisis Response Plan was developed to guide the industry’s response in such an instance, and to help reduce the impact of a crisis on the entire tourism industry through active management, mitigation strategies and practical actions.

The Crisis Response Plan is the second action under the Industry Communication Project outlined in the Alliance’s Resilience Action Plan.
