Hayleys Introduces “Work From Hotel” Facility for Staff

Hayleys Group has offered a first of its kind “Work From Hotel” initiative for staff to encourage the team to take work vacations in order to assist them in a good work-life balance, in line with company policy.

This initiative was introduced by the group due to the staff performing admirably despite the challenging period the country has had to face during this pandemic. The opportunity of having a working vacation would be available to its staff to utilize within any of the Hayleys properties which include numerous work facilities such as zoom rooms to provide a smooth working environment for its staff. While the staff has special rates for their “Work from Hotel” initiative, Hayleys Leisure has also introduced special rates to its customers at Kingsbury and Amaya Resorts and Spas which includes 7 properties on HB and FB basis.
