Responsibilities:

• Responsible for revenue of YOHO platform. Hit revenue and occupancy targets.
• Analyse the market demand and set requirements for acquisition teams (destinations, types of properties, pricing)
• Optimise pricing strategies with OTAs to increase revenue
• Create partnerships with domestic corporates
• Create partnerships with banks and card offers
• Create partnerships with local DMCs
• Create partnerships with foreign agents
• Negotiate commission structures with OTAs
• Negotiate rates with channel manager
• Work with marketing team to create effective campaigns. Manage SM budget.
• Increase app downloads and usage
